Kraken CLI is a single-binary execution engine with 134 commands, a built-in [[mcp|MCP]] server, and a paper-trading mode. It is CEX-only, covering Kraken markets.

It is a clean way to give an agent execution on a regulated venue, with a paper mode that helps before live size.
